Hi all,
I hope your UCAT prep is going well! Some of your tests are coming up very soon, so if you're running out of questions to do, below are a few free resources you can use:
Official UCAT Question banks – Hundreds of questions available. This is the best resource to use to familiarise yourself with the test and gauge how difficult the questions will be in the real exam as it's been created by the UCAT consortium. The app version is also great but the format isn’t ideal as it doesn’t replicate the formal setting of the UCAT.
PassMedicine – This resource has over 3000 free UCAT questions. I didn't use this resource myself as it's new, but from the feedback I have received from other students, the questions are quite similar to the real UCAT exam.
Official UCAT mock tests – There are only 4 mocks here and they represent the real test very well, so I'd recommend doing them 1 or 2 weeks before your exam. Track how well you've done in them and it might be worth re-doing them as well to see your improvement.
Medic Mind questions – There mini-tests are great for familiarizing yourself with each subtest!
The medic portal- The 'free trial' section of the website has different questions taken out of their question bank which you usually have to pay for. The format is very similar to the official UCAT test.
I hope you find these resources useful and I wish you the best of luck!
As a reminder, the deadline to send in your personal statements for free proof-reading is on 1st August.
As always, if you have any questions please feel free to contact me on my IG: Thepersianmedic.
Take care,
Sara
Hi Sara
I was wondering whether you’ll be doing this next year to help next years applicants since I’ll be applying next year and I would love to have mine sent to you xx 💕
Hi thank you for all these links, just wondering if you will be proof reading statements again later this year?
